Definition:
Result of the project that is intended to be delivered to a customer.
i.e. report, document, upgrade, etc.
For this case study, the project deliverables are:
Construction of a 100 unit assisted living facility.
Serves as a profit-subsidiary for St. Dismas.

Project constraint
Project constraint is the limitation of the project that
prevent the project further going (time, money and
scope)
Example:
1) The case state that the project could not started until

Project Assumption is a factor in planning process that is
considered to be true, real or certain often without any
proof or demonstration
Example:

Dr splient is the chief executive officer of Major Medical
Centre. Thus he might be busy and can not focus on the
project. But he can be the project advisor and not the
project manager
Eventhough a project manager can only know about the
general of the project but he must give fully comittment
on the project. This is because the project manager is
the one that will present the plan to the client, higher
department and the team
