JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
In question and answer form
(In Lieu of Direct Testimony)

WITNESS is JIGS C. ESPIRITU, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single, residing at #12
Villa Carolina, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby deposes and states the following as answers to the given questions in English, fully
conscious that he is under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury.

The testimony of the witness is being offered to prove the following:

1. That the package delivered to CLARK L. MEDINA, containing boxes of Viagra,

costumes, sex toys, sex videos and the like belongs to the witness, JIGS C. ESPIRITU.
2. That the witness had no intention to give any of the above mentioned items to the
respondent, CLARK L. MEDINA
3. That CLARK L. MEDINA, received the items in behalf of the witness, JIGS C.
ESPIRITU as he was unable to receive such items due to the nature of his job.

The execution of this judicial affidavit was supervised by ATTY. MA. RODIELITA DUBLIN
of BAUTISTA, DE VILLA, DEL ROSARIO & DUBLIN LAW OFFICES and the same was
conducted at 109 Dr. A. Santos Ave., Sucat, Paranaque City, Philippines.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWER PROPER
I, JIGS C. ESPIRITU, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single, residing at 12 Villa Carolina,
Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state the following as answers to the questions below:
Q1: What is your present occupation?
A1: I am an Engineer working for ABC Construction located in Makati
Q2: How long have you known the respondent?
A2: He is my best friend. Weve known each other for such a long time.
Q3: As an Engineer of ABC Construction, what are your duties?
A3: I am always assigned to different areas and provinces so I do not always stay in one
place for a long time.
Q4: As the respondents friend, do you always ask favor to him?
A4: Not all the time but sometimes
Q5: Do you know about the items delivered to the respondent containing boxes of Viagra,
costumes, sex toys, sex videos and the like?
A5: Yes
Q6: If shown to you the above mentioned items, would you be able to identify it?
A6: Yes, I will be able to identify it
Q7: Showing to you is the boxes of Viagra, costumes, sex toys, sex videos, is this the same
boxes of Viagra, costumes, sex toys, sex videos delivered to respondent you were referring
to?
A7: Yes, It is the same boxes of Viagra, costumes, sex toys, sex videos I am referring to.
Q8: Do you know who happens to be the owner of these boxes of Viagra, costumes, sex toys,
sex videos?
A8: Yes, Those are mine
Q9: Showing to you now is the delivery receipt of the package. If these items are yours, then
how come it was sent to the respondents house?

A9: As I have mentioned, I am assigned to different places and provinces, I am also single and I
live alone. If I ordered something online, no one would receive the package that is why I asked
my friend, the respondent to receive the package in my behalf.

Q10: Why is it that the package was addressed to the name of the respondent?
A10: So that there will be no further questions and the respondent could easily receive the
package.

COUNSEL: No further questions.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand on this 1st day of March 2015 at
