Interests

References

Football has been a main interest of mine since I can remember and
as a lifelong Evertonian it has been stressful. I have played
competitive football from the age of 7 and continue to this day as a
member of a Saturday league football team. This provides a great
deal of commitment not only playing and training but also
representing the team and sponsors off the pitch, showing great
communication, team work and enthusiasm towards the sport.
Another interest of mine is music and I am a self-taught guitarist
after being influenced from bands such as Aerosmith and Guns n
Roses. This has taken a lot of patience to achieve but shows my
ability to work alone and always try to improve my skills. Drawing
and model making has always been a part of my life which I have
loved to do in my spare time. From an early age cutting up shoe
boxes, straws and gluing tissue paper leading to Lego and Meccano
sets, my skills have developed throughout studies in school, college,
university and my own experimentation outside of studies; whilst still
possessing the enjoyment and creativity shown at a young age. The
enthusiasm I possess in my interests is the reason behind my
motivation to continuously strive to learn, develop and express my
skills.
