Mission/Purpose of the Agency

Running Head: REPORT ON FIELD PLACEMENT

Selective Care Case Management is dedicated to serving those

who have experienced catastrophic automobile accidents, providing
medical case management, as well as array of other medical services.
Our goal is to provide our clients with everything they need to reach
their goals of recovery.
The medical case management we provide helps assist our
clients get back to their everyday life. Not only do we empower our
clients to reach their goals, but we also help each client get through a
time where they may feel alone and scared.
