3 Apply Critical thinking to inform and communicate

professional judgments
This competency had use learn how to conduct research in a
professional manner. SW3810 Research Methods had us write our Phase
1,2,3 paper, which was an in-depth look into conduct research. We had to
learn different research methods, gather data, measure, analyze the data,
and record the results. Prior to this class I was uneducated on how to conduct
such research, however I am now competent in this method of research and
would be able to apply my critical thinking skills within my professional field.
Critical thinking skills are beneficial to any discipline. It allows the
person to realize that there are more ways than one to interrupt information
and to look at the many different ways that information can be formed.
