Act, 1990, the employees who were recruited up to 05.10.2007 shall - -=-----continue to be Government servants on deemed deputation to. Prasar
Bharati till their retirement and shall be entitlement to the pay and all
other

benefits

as

admissible

to

an

employee of the

Central

Government. As such the recommendations of 7th CPC, as accepted by

the Government would automatically be applicable to such employees
being represented by Associations.
