Have you ever wondered where your trash goes? Have you ever considered the
effects of trash buildup in our country? What would it be like to reuse trash for other
purposes instead of tossing it? If youve ever thought about turning old wooden pallets
into cozy reading chairs or using old silverware to make windchimes, then weve got
the class for you! Expand your HORIZONS with innovative ideas in reusing,
repurposing, and upcycling materials such as plastic, wood, cardboard, and other
everyday, household items. Can you rise to the challenge of dumpster diving and trash
to treasure competitions? You will be sure to fulfill the proverb, One mans trash is
another mans treasure by the end of the week.
