‫طالبت الشبكة العربية لمعلومات حقوق االنسان اليوم نيابة دمنھور باخالء سبيل ثمانية نشطاء مصريين تم القاء القبض عليھم علي خلفية مشاركتھم في‬
‫نقاش بميدان النادي االجتماعي بدمنھور لدعم الجمعية الوطنية للتغير ودعوة المواطنين للتوقيع علي مطالب األصالح الديمقراطي في مصر ومنھا تعديل‬
‫‪ .‬الدستور والغاء قانون الطورايء‬

‫وكان األمن المصري قد اقتحم تجمع مكون من حوالي ‪ 19‬فرداً اجتمعوا في ميدان النادي االجتماعي بدمنھور لمناقشة مطالب األصالح الديمقراطي ودعوة‬
‫المواطنين للتوقيع عليھا وقاموا باستھداف ‪ 8‬نشطاء سياسين من تيارات مختلفة بينھم منسق الجمعية الوطنية للتغيير بالبحيرة وتمكنوا من القاء القبض‬
‫عليھم واسمائھم كالتالي ‪:‬‬

‫وقالت الشبكة العربية لمعلومات حقوق االنسان ان رجال األمن المصري قد اقتادوا المعتقلين الي مقر مباحث أمن الدولة بدمنھور في حوالي الساعة‬
‫العاشرة من مساء يوم امس األول الخميس ‪ 20‬مايو‪ 2010‬وبعد نصف ساعة تم نقلھم الي قسم شرطة دمنھور ليتم عرضھم علي النيابة في الساعات‬
‫األولي من صباح اليوم ‪ ,‬وكان ذلك علي خلفية مناقشة مشروعة لمطالب األصالح الديمقراطي وتعديل الدستور والغاء قانون الطواريء وتوفير ضمانات‬
‫قوية في االنتخابات القادمة‪.‬‬
‫وبالمحضر االداري رقم ‪ 4125‬لسنة ‪ 2010‬وجھت نيابة دمنھور للمحتجزين تھم االنتماء لتنظيم محظور “الجمعية الوطنية للتغير” والترويج بالقول‬
‫والكتابة لتعطيل احكام الدستور والقانون وتوزيع منشورات وملصقات الجمعية الوطنية للتغير وايضاً تجميع اقرارات لشخص يدعي محمد البرادعي‬
‫وتعطيل حركة المرور‪ ,‬وقد قامت النيابة بمواجھة المتھمين باحراز تتكون من ‪ 300‬منشور و‪ 55‬ملصق للجمعية الوطنية للتغير و‪ 15‬اقرار “التوقيع علي‬
‫‪ .‬مطالب األصالح الديمقراطي” وقررت النيابة استكمال التحقيق اليوم واألن يخضع المتھمين للتحقيق‬

‫واعربت الشبكة العربية لمعلومات حقوق االنسان عن إنزعاجھا الشديد من قيام األمن المصري بالقبض علي مجموعة من النشطاء السياسين الذين اجتمعوا‬
‫بشكل سلمي للتعبير عن رائيھم فيما بينھم ومناقشة مطالب التغير مع المواطنين واقناعھم بما يروه مناسب من خالل تبادل األراء ‪ ,‬كما ادانت الشبكة‬
‫العربية التعامل مع الجمعية الوطنية للتغير باعتبار انھا تنظيم محظور وايضاً اعتبار المطالبة باصالحات ديمقراطية تھمة يعاقب عليھا القانون فقد نختلف‬
‫‪ .‬معھم ولكن ليس من المناسب محاكمتھم لمجرد حملھم رأي مخالف للحكومة المصرية بشكل سلمي‬

The Arabic Network for Human Rights Information, called Damanhur prosecution to release eight Egyptian
activists have been arrested on the back ground of their participation in a discussion in the social club square in
Damanhour, in support to the National Assembly to change and calling on the citizens to sign their demands for
democratic reform in Egypt, including amending the Constitution and the repeal of emergency.

The Egyptian security have burst into an assembly of about 19 people that have gathered in the square of the
social club in Damanhour to discuss the demands of democratic reform and calling on citizens to sign the
demands. Securities have targeted 8 political activists, from different streams, including coordinator of the
National Assembly to change in Al Behyra governorate. Security arrested them and their names are as follows:

Dr.Adel Al Attar” coordinator of Kefaya movement in Damnhour”

The lawyerAhmed Milad “head of Al Ghad committee and coordinator of the National Assembly to
change in Al Behyra governorate”

Fareed Abd Elmaqsoud “member of Altagmoa’ party”

Ahmed Basyoni “Member of Kefaya movement”

Ahmed Medhat “member of the National Assembly to change”

Hani Idris “member of the National Assembly to change”

Esam Goida “Mmember of Kefay movement”

Mohamed Batour “member of the National Assembly to change”

the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information said that, the Egyptian security men had took the detainees to
the SSI headquarters in Damanhour at about ten o’clock in the evening Thursday, May 20th, 2010, and after half
an hour they were taken to the police station of Damanhur to be brought before the prosecution in the early
hours of the morning. The background of that was due to a legitimate discussion concerning the demands of
democratic reform, amend the constitution, the abolition of emergency law and to provide strong safeguards in
the next election.

Damanhur prosecution accused the detainees of belonging to a banned organization, “the National Assembly for
change” and promote word and write to disable the provisions of the Constitution and the law and the distribution
of leaflets and posters of the National Assembly to change According to the Administrative record No. 4125 of
2010 .As well as collecting representations for a person named Mohammed El-Baradei, and disrupting traffic.
the prosecution confronted the defendants with more than 300 leaflets and 55 posters of the National Assembly
the change and 15 to approve “signature on the demands of democratic reform” .prosecution decided to
complete the investigation today while the defendants are being investigated now.

The Arabic Network for Human Rights Information expressed its deep concern, concerning the arrest a group of
political activists by the Egyptian security .The activists gathered in a peaceful way to express their opinion
among themselves, discuss the demands of change with the citizens and convince them of what they see as
appropriate, through the exchange of views. As well as ANHRI condemned considering the National Assembly to
change as a banned organization, and democratic reforms demands as a punishable charge .We may disagree
with them but it is not appropriate to try them as they have a different peaceful view to that of the Egyptian
government .
