Paul Bouchard

Paul J. Bouchard joined the Retail division of Siegel-Gallagher in 2008. After

twenty years as a retail business owner in both Milwaukee and Chicago, Paul
sold his business in early 2008 to explore the commercial real estate market. His
business was built on a small foundation with hats and t-shirts, growing into a
full service apparel and footwear store for men and women with four locations.
In addition, Paul has a principal interest in several commercial properties
throughout the metropolitan area. Having owned property, Paul understands
the needs of landlords and also as a retailer, understands the retail cycles and
needs of business owners. Serving on both ends of the spectrum as a landlord
and as a tenant, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Siegel-
Gallagher team. Moving forward, his primary focus will be providing landlord
and tenant representation for both the Milwaukee and Madison-area markets.

Also, as a Milwaukee native who has been actively involved in the community for
some time, Paul has a vast network of property owners and developers that will
undoubtedly add value and certainty to all of his clients’ needs.
