    1. Objectives

    a. To expose applicant to real world process of pitching.

    b. To provide the applicant the opportunity to sell the idea/convince


    the committee on the merits of the application.

    2. Basic Pitch Guide

    a. Appearance.

    b. Attendees – Not MORE than 3 KEY PERSONNEL

    c. TIMEKEEPING
    i. Practice before pitch
    ii. Pitching time : 20 minutes
    iii. Will prompt at 15 minutes and 20 minutes
    iv. Q&A time : 10 minutes

    d. Presentation Format/Style
    • Language – Bahasa Melayu or English

    e. Presentation Materials
    v. PowerPoint – Please limit suitable for pitch time
    • Project Trailer/Animatics – Not MORE THAN 3
    minutes
    • Company/Promotional/Track Record Trailer – Not
    MORE THAN 2 minutes.
    • Focus on project explanations :
    i. Title
    ii. Summary
    iii. Benefit
    iv. Technology Implementation
    v. Business plan
    vi. Costing
    vi. Please print 12 Copies of Presentation Slides
    vii. Please email softcopy of the slides to Secretariat 3 days
    before the pitching.
