2009 – 019 APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS

MEETING
VOTED, To approve the minutes of the previous meeting dated December
21 - 22, 2009.

2009 - 020 SENIOR DIVISION LEADERS’ RECOMMENDATION (3RD

PLENARY SESSION)
VOTED, To approve the Senior Division Leaders’ Recommendation
concerning amendments of AICAP Constitution and By-Laws.
 Further, that there shall be some changes of words in the
Articles.

Furthermore, that the revised constitution shall be attach to the

minutes.

Furthermore, that some changes in the Articles and sections

are as follows:

• Article II, Section 1 and II

• Article V- some words change
• Article VI
• Article VIII, Section 1—which shall hereafter referred to as section3 --
which shall hereafter refer to as chairperson), section 7 (changed),
section 8 (send), section 9 (the institutional members of the COP shall
be elected for a term).

• Article XII, Section 2 - (Convention turned to Congress)

• Article XIII, Section 1, 2, 3, 4: Publication
