Jawatan : EKSEKUTIF KANAN FOOD PREPARATION

Bahagian : Hotel Operations

Melaporkan kepada : General Manager Hotel Operations

Ringkasan tugas :

1. To develop, prepare costing, pricing and merchandising menus


for HSMs
2. To prepare consolidated reports on food and labor cost for
HSMs
3. To keep abreast with current knowledge of regional and
national trends in F&B
4. To thoroughly monitor the process of food handling and
preparation techniques of HSMs
5. To develop and implement effective marketing plans for
generating catering revenues

Tanggungjawab lain :

1. To instill safety and sanitation habits in all employees of HSMs


2. To assist and ensure that HSMs maintain proper inventories
3. Conduct a hands-on approach to training and developing kitchen
staff on budgetary, projections, and cost control skills
4. Stay current on new products that can improve quality and/or
lower costs
5. Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation
of operations
6. Prepare consolidated budgets and business plans for HSMs
7. To be fully knowledgable and familiar HSMs standard menus
8. To submit and provide ideas and assist on implementation of
new ideas for the improvement of RHSM and HSMs operation,
empowered by RHSM.
9. To be fully responsible towards actions taken and carried out by
your subordinates, their output, performance and career
enhancement.
10. To find avenues and practice good management to increase
output while reducing operational cost and to seek means of
creating revenue for RHSM.
11. Any information in whatever form, that belongs to RHSM or
HSM, produced to or received by you is to be considered as
confidential and shall not be disclosed by you to any party
without RHSM or HSMs written consent, respectively.
