     Solitary,subcutaneous or dermal painful nodule,


    commonly in the lower extremities.
     F>M
     Sharply circumscribed nodule composed of smooth
    muscles.
     Vessels are noted within the nodules.Smooth
    muscles surrounding the vessels merge into the
    adjacent smooth muscle forming the tumor.
