Derrida is Treason

Derrida is a stupid, fascist pig. The Rule of Law and Justice, based upon Authentic

Freedom, exists. The Rule of Law, is an Authentically Subjective Process, and is

therefore valid, when, that Process is implemented. Law is objective in the sense of

being Authentically Subjective. Authentic Subjectivity involves the heuristic structure of

a subjects intent and actually of the internal subjective process of Self Transcendence,

which, involves the subjects use and adherence to the Transcendental Precepts: Be

Attentive, Be Intelligent, Be Reasonable, Be Responsible, Be Loving, Be Intutitive, Be

Wise. When a person, or subject, engages in Self Transcendence, as described above,

the person comes into contact with the objective Natural Law Principles of:

Reciprocity, Utility, Proportionality, and Equity. Also, the Natural Law Principles of

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are discovered and made manifest. When

these Liberal Natural Law Principles are applied to legal decision making, then,

something like the American Common Law Tradition developes. These Liberal Natural

Law Principles manifest the areas of Law such as Property, Contracts, Torts, Criminal

Law, and, Constitutional Law with Individual Rights of Freedom of Religion, Freedom

of Thought, Freedom of the Press, Academic Freedom, Freedom of Association

develop. Also, the Constitutional Rights to Equal Protection, and Substantive and

Procedural Due Process develop, and are implemented, in both the Civil and Criminal

Law Areas. Thus, Rules of Criminal and Civil Procedure develop which ensure a fair
and reasonable legal process. When persons are Authentically Subjective, as a Group,

then a Just Society, based on the Authentically Subjective Process of the Rule of Law

developes. When there is corruption, or treason, or incompetence, then Justice degrades

into fascism and the rights of the Individual Person are wrongfully trampled upon. A

person is only required to follow Reasonable Authority. When there is no Reasonable

Authority, but rather only authoritarianism, then tyranny is produced, and the Individual

Person has the Natural Law, Individual Right to rebel against such unjust, unreasonable

authority. The Truly Worthwhile is simply another way of describing the Individual

Good. The Common Good is simply the aggregate of the Individual Good, writ large.

For each person, each person’s own Individual Good comes first, as an important aspect

of the Common Good, and then, the Individual Good of friends, family, and all others in

society comes next, also as an important, but secondary, aspect of the Common Good.

Those who choose evil as their end are traitors, who must be destroyed. The Goal of the

Political Community is the Good of Society, or the Good of Order, which requires that all

Law promote the Individual Good of each and every person.
