Blessed Indeed!

Lord, I ask you to bless me indeed this day.

Enlarge my faith. Enlarge my love. Enlarge my territory.

Keep your hand on me.

Keep me within your intimate knowledge.
Keep me within your ultimate trust.

I will not worry for me; I know you have me in your hands
because I live a God-worship life!

Keep evil away from me and me away from evil that I might cause pain to anyone!

Bestow on me Your mighty blessings and honor me with your love and truth.

I rest in Your blessedness, I live in your perfect care and I keep your perfect peace.

Because I will not give any worry or concern about my life.

By faith, I am certain of my hope in You.

By faith, I live to please you and seek Your will each day.

By faith, I put my life in your hands

and I know You have surely blessed me indeed this day!

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your
hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain."

And God granted his request. "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or
drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more
important than clothes?

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. And without faith it is
impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he
rewards those who earnestly seek him.
