Where: Adventure Whitewater on the Klamath River below the Oregon border, near a town
called Happy Camp. (You can actually Mapquest ‘Happy Camp, CA’ to see generally
where we’ll be staying.

Supervision:
Students will be supervised at every rest stop, food area, and at each location at camp.
Expectations: - Be at all meals/mtgs. –Obey all leaders –No whining!
Discipline Policy: 1. Warn ‘em 2. Pull ‘em out 3. Call mama 4. Home sweet home.
Vehicles
Students will be given permanent van assignments and may not change vans at any time.
The River
 Students will be in raft groups, each with a river guide and at least one of our counselors.
 The biggest rapids we’ll encounter will be class three: fun, manageable, and very safe.
 We will spend Friday at ‘Clear Creek,’ cliff jumping. Students will never be pressured, will
have constant supervision and will be told by our guide exactly which spot’s are okay to
jump from.
