ORDER LIFTING STAY AND REQUESTING PROPOSED SCHEDULE

This matter was stayed pending resolution of related criminal proceedings 2008 CF1

026996, 2008 CF1 026997, and 2008 CF1 027068. Those matters have concluded. Therefore,

the reasons underlying the need for a stay no longer exist. At the same time, it may be that what

was discussed before as a schedule in this case may no longer be the most efficient or reasonable.

Therefore, the Court is directing that counsel meet and confer as to a proposed schedule for this

case and should submit the same to the Court by the date indicated. If no agreement is reached,

separate proposed scheduling orders may be submitted.

Accordingly, it is by the Court, this 7th day of July 2010, nunc pro tunc to July 6, 2010, 1

hereby

ORDERED that the stay entered in this case is lifted; and it is further

ORDERED that counsel shall submit a proposed Scheduling Order by August 6, 2010,

and, if agreement is not reached, separate proposed orders shall be submitted. Non-write
