Petitioner’s motion to vacate judgment (docket no. 61) was filed

on June 28, 2010, and noticed for hearing on July 27, 2010. The
hearing date is ordered off-calendar, and the following schedule is
set.

Respondents’ opposition, if any, to the motion shall be served

and filed on or before July 15, 2010.

Petitioner’s reply, if any, shall be served on or before July 29,

2010.

Unless otherwise ordered, the motion will then be taken under

submission, and will be ruled on as soon as possible.

The court notes that the minute order filed June 28, 2010 (docket
no. 62) is erroneously listed on the docket as denying the motion to
vacate (docket no. 61). It did not. As correctly indicated in the
text of the minute order, it denied Petitioner’s request for a hearing
on immediate release (docket no. 60, filed June 9, 2010).
