ABSTRACT
Discusses the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) before the ethical
context and responsible. It emphasizes the importance of consistency between
action and speech, emphasizing the practice in organizations. Deals with a study of
character and descriptive literature because it describes the current concept of
corporate social responsibility and the role of organizations considering a scenario in
which society increasingly requires organizations to exercise their social role in an
ethical and transparent organizations, based on a literature and Web sites
specializing in the subject. Presents the main conclusion that organizations are
agents of development and to be competitive their managements must be based on
a responsible and ethical context.
