This matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion [Doc. #376] for Relief From

Any Further Obligation to Conduct Settlement Discussions Through the Special Master

(“Motion”). Having considered the Motion, and being sufficiently advised, the Court hereby

ORDERS that the Motion is GRANTED. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that the Court

relieves the parties of any further obligation to conduct settlement discussions through the

Special Master.
