are no longer adequate in today's fast changing environment. Organizations
need leaders who are able to harness the power of innovation and lead
them through a rebirth, they need “Renaissance Leaders”.
“How do we create a Renaissance Leader? Are they born or are they made?”
We founded Aegis to answer these questions. Started in 2002 with a
campus in Indore, India with support from Bharti Airtel, Aegis is the first in
India to offer a one-year full-time Masters Program in Telecommunication
Management (MPTM). Following the success of this program, Aegis launch
a one-year full-time PGP program for experienced professionals in
Mumbai, the economic centre of India. The DNA of Aegis lies in the
entrepreneurial spirit which reflects in all its endeavours.
