Supreme Court of Florida ASSIGNMENT OF TEMPORARY JUDGES TO THE SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WHEREAS, it is necessary to the dispetch of business of the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA that judges be temporarily assigned to duty in thet court; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Major B. Harding, under the authority vested in me as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, under Article V, Section 2 of the Constitution of Florida, do hereby assign the senior judges designated on the attached list to the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA to serve as temporary judges between JULY 1, 2000 through JUNE 30, 2001, in order to hear, conduct, try, and determine the causes which shall be presented to them. Under and by virtue of the authority of this order, these judges are hereby vested with all the powers and prerogatives conferred by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Florida upon a judge of the court to which they are assigned.
