Leaming Communitv (STARR) leadteacher.Dana Escalante,and he iikewise. believes
Karen not only ls a good teacher.shehasan ability to relateto her studentsbetterthan
most teachersdo. I also took the initiative to taik to many reachersin her SLC and none
had anr.thingnegativeto say aboutKaren. especialiyreiatedto her teachingabiiities.

satisfactor.v STULL. This is the evaluationthat now Dr. Strachanrefusesto give a copv
to Karen.I'm a personalwitnessto this satisfactoryevaluationdue to rememtrering
cleariy talking to Karen on the da-vDi. Avila evaluatedher. Karen mentionedto me that
her evaiuationhad gone well and seemedrelieved.ln addition.in a meetingwith Karen.
Dr. Strachan,Dr'. Aviia. and me, this evaiuarionwas mentioned.I askedfor a copy of it.
