Dear sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about the home Exchange organised by your

company. I stayed in a Barcelona`s house, owned by Carlos Dos Santos
between 10 May and 6 June.

According to the information I received, the flat was far the city centre. In fact,
the house was in the centre of town where it is plenty of bares and noisy malls,
and during all nights we could not have a peace moment. In addition to this
mosquitoes were ours companions in the loud nights and bit all my body and to
my family too.

Unfortunately, my daughters were fighting since the first night, because the
stress in this flat is very high. I hope to forget this horrible experience and I
would not repeat it in the future, although I appreciate the service that I
received by your agency as in London as here in Barcelona, and I hope that
futures exchanges will be better than this. I would be grateful if you could
remove the Dos Santos flat of the exchange list.
