My first concern is the “one subject” law as specified in Charter Section 38. Your proposed ordinance approves the 2010-2014 CIP Plan and appropriates funding for nine projects. At Agenda Review next Tuesday, I will request that you divide the question, one ordinance to approve the 2010-2014 CIP Plan and other ordinances to appropriate the funding. ‘The projects should be separated at least by responsible Department or Division, My second concer is why the Administration is not allocating the $760,000 for the Point Place Dike at this time?
