PURPOSE:
To consider approving amendment number two (2) to contract 08-901141 with VisionAir, Inc., agreement for
continued maintenance services for Mobile Laptop Dispatch/Police Reporting System to $573,810.64

NEED/IMPACT:

A contract was awarded in 2008 for proprietary software maintenance to VisionAir, Inc. for the mobile laptop
dispatch/Police reporting system. Approved change order number 1 captured the full cost for the life of the
contract and the addition of the barcode module.
Change order number 2 will add annual support for an additional 60 users, along with software support for the
RMS evidence label generator.

RECOMMENDATION(S):

To approve amendment number two (2) to contract 08-901141 with VisionAir, Inc. agreement for
continued maintenance services for Mobile Laptop Dispatch/Police Reporting System to $573,810.64

and; authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the necessary documents.
