Job Description
Co-ordinate with internal customer to understand scope of work.

Co-ordinate with designers and Architects for preparation of drawings and designs.

Preparation of Capital and Revenue estimates

Prepare bar charts and time lines in line with customer requirements

Plan resources required for timely completion of projects while also ensuring
adherance to quality parameters and safety standards.

Follow up with contractor to ensure project progress as per plan.

Co-ordinate with customer during execution of the project & hand over the asset on
completion to the customer.

Carry out joint measurement of work done and certify contractors bills

Ensure safe working practices & conditions at site.

Maintenance of Buildings, Plant and Infrastructure.

Represent division in IRC and Safety meetings.

Desired Profile
EnsureTimely completion of projects within the Budgeted cost and laid down Quality
parameters.
