Agricultural Advances

The cotton gin allowed 50x the amount of work you could previously do. The
cotton gin revives slavery. The steel plow was invented in 1837 by John
Deere, it open the great planes to farming. The mechanical reaper was made
by Sirus McCormick in 1841.

1800 law lowers the size of a minimum of 80 acres. The preemption legalizes
squatting. Gradation lowers the price of undesirable land in 30 years. You can
sell land for 12.5 cents an acre.

Turn or gated roads. Tax only who use them. They can’t be built everywhere.
