By signing this contract, I agree to pay the total amount of the contract according to the payment terms set forth by Forever Communications, Inc. In the event of default, and if this account is turned over to attorney for collections, the
undersigned agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees, and/or costs of collection, whether or not suit is file. 1% finance charge will accrue on the balance of the account every 30 days. A thirty day written cancellation is required.
