Humans act differently even though they speak well or write well!

Now you tell me what we should do to eradicate poverty towards Human

development?

Humans are good at desk while speaking, writing about poverty and human
development.

But, what happens to humans afterwards their said or written wonder words on
poverty eradication?

This is going on passed many centuries on poverty and human development.

When implementation process is good, human code of conduct differs for

failure!
When human code of conduct is good, the implementation process differs and
Authorities fail!
Implementing a new work order in poverty stricken areas are connectivity and
not continuity!
