NORMAS PARA ENTREGAR TRABAJOS, EXÁMENES, REDACCIONES Y

PROYECTOS para el IES EL FONTANAL

 Dejar márgenes (un espacio en blanco a los lados y arriba y abajo).

 Escribir en párrafos. Dejar espacio en blanco entre ellos. Sangrar párrafos (dejar un
espacio en blanco de unos 2 cm. al principio de cada uno).

 Cuidar la ortografía y puntuación. Se recomienda hacer una lectura en voz alta antes
de entregar el trabajo.

 Atender a las instrucciones marcadas por el profesor/a en cuanto al contenido. Recuerda

que:
o La extensión del trabajo debe corresponder a la indicada por el profesor/a.
o Debemos usar Internet o las fuentes bibliográficas para recoger y analizar la
información. Se trata de responder a lo que se te pide en el trabajo, resumiendo
(usando tus propias palabras), valorando o dando una opinión sobre lo que se te
pregunta. Recuerda, por tanto, que no es válido un trabajo que se limite a copiar
de Internet (cortar y pegar información).

 Incluir portada: recuerda que aparezcan todos los datos (nombre, apellidos, clase, título
del trabajo o de la actividad, ...).

 Incluir índice. Por ejemplo:

1. Introducción
2. Vida de Juan Ramón Jiménez.
2.1. Infancia
2.2. Sevilla
2.3. Madrid
2.4. El exilio
3. Obra poética
3.1. El modernismo
3.2. La poesía pura
4. Conclusión
5. Bibliografía

 Incluir una Introducción y una Conclusión. En la introducción describimos o

presentamos el trabajo y en la conclusión hacemos un resumen donde se recogen las
conclusiones finales, por ejemplo: En este trabajo hemos intentado describir…

 Incluir bibliografía o las fuentes que se han consultado para hacer el trabajo. Por
ejemplo:
• CERVANTES, Miguel de. El Quijote, pág. 205-210. Castalia, 1999.
• Página web de El País: www.elpais.com, 22/12/2006.
• Enciclopedia electrónica Encarta.
• Enciclopedia Larouse, Tomo 4, página 110.
• Enciclopedia libre de Internet Wikipedia: es.wikipedia.org/wiki

 Se recomienda el uso del ordenador (los errores en la segunda lectura recomendada son
más fáciles de corregir):
o Tipo de letra: Times New Roman o Arial. Tamaño: 12.
o Espacio interlineal: doble espacio.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING WRITTEN WORK, EXAMS, COMPOSITIONS

& PROJECTS for the Bilingual Section

 Use margins (leave spaces on top, bottom and the sides).

 Write in paragraphs using complete sentences. Use double spaces between the
paragraphs. Indent the paragraphs (leave a space of about 2cm at the beginning of
each one).

 Caution with your handwriting and punctuation. We advise you to proof-read your
work several times before handing it in.

 Pay attention to the instructions given by the teacher regarding the content. Keep in
mind:
o The extension of the work should correspond to the instructions given by the
teacher.
o We should use the Internet or bibliographical references to collect and analyse
the information. Use it to respond what you are assigned, summarising (using
your own words), giving your opinion of what you are being asked. So
remember that a work that is copied and paste from the Internet is not valid.

 Include a cover page: remember that all your information should appear on this page
(name and surnames, class, the title of the work or the activity, …).

 Include an index page, for example:

3. Poetic work
3.1. Modernism
3.2. Poetry “pura”
4. Conclusion
5. Bibliography

 Include an Introduction and a Conclusion. In the introduction please describe or

introduce your topic and in the conclusion summarise your work, i.e., In this paper we
have tried to describe ….

 Please include a bibliography in your work that details your sources, such as:

• Encyclopedia Britannica Online: www.britannica.com.

 Using a Computer:
o Font: New Times Roman or Arial. Size: 12
