Actor / Extra Contract for Group 3’s Music Video Project

Actor:
1. I understand that I must be available on the dates agreed for me
between 16th October and 31st October.
2. I understand the seriousness of this project and will do my best to act
accordingly.
3. I will endeavour to be punctual to all arranged meetings.
4. I will inform one or more members of the group of any absences or
upcoming days when I will be unable to participate in this project.
5. I will bring lunch/money
