MONDAY Class Type Student Level Class Description

Childrens karate designed to enhance development, confidence,
5.30 pm to 6.15 pm Little Ninja’s Class Ages 5 to 11 under purple belt
concentration and co-ordination. Learning safe, realistic self-defence skills.
The best Of Old Style Okinawan Karate, Muay Thai and Kickboxing including
6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Karate Based Martial Arts Class All students
bag work, drills, Kata, self defence and sparring.
For students wishing to travel the full journey to Black Belt. Advanced
7.30 pm to 8.00 pm Black Belt Club All students
training in Kata, knife, pressure points etc.

TUESDAY Class Type Student Level Class Description

Ladie's Self Defence and Students and non students, 14 years Learn realistic self defence through a structured personal protection program.
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Kickboxing and above Open to all fitness levels.
This class is for those who wish to prepare for combat on the mats or in
7.15 pm to 8.00 pm Fight Club All students 14 years and above
the ring.

WEDNESDAY Class Type Student Level Class Description
