MERIT CUM CHOICE BASIS.

ALL CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO COME ON SUNDAY

24TH JANUARY 2010, 9:00 AM SHARP AT DOW MEDICAL
COLLEGE, FOR SEAT
ALLOTMENT ON MERIT CUM CHOICE BASIS.

Alongwith

a) All original documents (Photocopies of which were submitted)

b) Payorder of Rs. 39,600 in favour of Dow University of Health Sciences.

And
c) Accompany at least one Parent/Guardian

• If the candidate is unable to come for seat allotment than he/she can send parent
or any guardian on Sunday 24th January 2010, alongwith authority letter and
required documents alongwith payorder otherwise the option will be given to the
candidate of next merit

• The absent candidate /Guardian will not be able to claim his/her merit after
24 January 2010 if not reported.

• Those candidates who are unable to get any seat on merit cum choice basis, can
have their payorders canceled on the same day
