Angioleiomyolipoma

Angioleiomyolipoma occurs mostly in kidney and may be associated with tuberous sclerosis. Cutaneous angioleiomyolipoma is very rare and it occurs mostly in adult males and is not associated with tuberous sclerosis. Histologically, they are composed of thick-walled blood thickvessels, smooth muscle cells and mature fat in variable proportions. Renal angioleiomyomas are HMB-45 positive but the HMBcutaneous tumors are HMB-45 negative. HMB-
