Information Technology Committee

I. GOALS:
To oversee the development and management of C. Oversee the Sound room and Media Projectors
technology resources.

III. RESPONSIBLE TO: - Training individuals to input material into website
Pastor - Train on effectively use of E-mails
- Develop goals for the website
IV. TERM OF MINISTRY:
July - June
D. Committee will meet monthly to make sure progress is
being made in different area. [at least for now]
V. RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Choose a chairman for Term of Ministry.
E. Assess the need for training and utilization of technology in
different ministries [Ex. WOL, Music, Missions, Bible Study
B. Oversee the Church’s Computers

- Purchasing and maintaining hardware
- Purchasing of software programs F. Present a needed budget to Elder’s / Deacons by September
- Security of Church’s network for the following year.
- Training of new hardware/software
It is not the purpose of these guidelines to exclude anybody from ministry, but to communicate to those interested in any given ministry our passion for
quality and excellence in service to Jesus Christ. Though we take these guidelines seriously, it is also understood that there are times when a sincere
servant of God may not be able to meet all these guidelines perfectly. Though, ideally, we would like every member to meet these guidelines, the
inability to do so will not necessarily disqualify them from any given position of ministry.
