RE: DFW Leases

I understand that you are concerned about what you have read in the
newspaper and hear from vendors and others about the termination of some
of our leases at DFW. We will not let this happen regardless of what the
Board decides this morning and, in that regard, yesterday we filed a lawsuit
against DFW to attempt to settle this issue. Today, as always, our doors will
be open to our guests and we will do the best job that we can to serve them.

Your jobs are my first concern. Please know that we have the money set
aside and we are prepared to pay the amounts the airport says we owe if it
becomes necessary to avoid termination of our leases. The issue is whether
or not our current leases were intended to require payment of rent on a 14%
tax that we remit to the State of Texas directly each month. Prior to April of
this year, we have never been required to do so.

Only one concessionaire that sells alcohol at DFW was paying in that
manner. No other airport in Texas (or the country) collects rent like this. All
of the other concessionaires were deducting the 14% tax amount in the same
way as we were and they are hoping that we successfully challenge the
airport’s actions. We are doing what is right.

Thank you for your continuing loyalty to the company and your excellent
service to our guests. We are considered one of the best operators, if not the
best, at DFW Airport and we expect to resolve this issue with as little
interference in our daily operations as possible.
