    3.The plot numbers have to be filled in the transfer form which has to be duly signed by the
    vendor/transferer and the transferee.
    4. Valuation of each respective transfer is carried out by Chief Government Valuer, ministry of
    Lands
    5. The valued amount determines the amount payable as stamp duty.
    6. Each plot pays 10K for registration with the land office
    Period: 1 month
