(b) (6) in addition to below email: why is Hudspeth's land definition mentioning El Paso County? Also,
please ask that misspelling of Levee and Levees be corrected.
Attached are the two letters and ROE's that the Corps are prepared to send given a green light from
Loren.
We need to agree whether (b) (6) meeting with Representative Reyes is sufficient or whether formal
announcement needs to come from CBP prior to or in parallel with releasing the letters.
My question to (b) and (b) after reading these is whether you support that the land definitions used
to support the definition
(6) of
(6)what we're seeking to acquire are adequate:
1. For EPWID#1: "The portion of the Southern 50' of property owned by the El Paso County Water
Improvement District #1 to include existing access roads leading to the levy"
Not Withstanding that they misspelled Levee.
2. For HCCRD#1: "The portion of Hudspeth Feeder and Hudspeth Main canals and levies that parallels
the Rio Grande in El Paso and Hudspeth County"
Not Withstanding that they misspelled Levees.
Also, in previous correspondence I had listed it as Hudspeth County Water Reclamation and
Conservation District, but it's actually:
Hudspeth County Conservation and Reclamation District #1
