The woman’s bleeding is usually profuse.

Second term methods include Dilatation & Evacuation,

Otherwise known as D&E,
Where a pliers-like tool is inserted in mother,
And baby is ripped apart rather violently.
With a snapped spine,
And a crushed skull,
The nurse then take the body parts,
And treats them as parts of a puzzle.
A mother of triplets
May get an intracardiac injection,
Where a poisonous needle is shot in the section
Of the unwanted child. If done correctly,
The dead baby is absorbed,
However, in some cases,
They all are no more.

In trimester three the most common approach

Is partial birth abortion,
Where most of the infant is breech delivered,
And scissors jammed into a portion
Of the head. From there, the doctor
Sticks a suction in the base of the skull,
And out gets sucked the baby’s brain,
And out the baby gets pulled.
An interesting fact that makes all involved more liable,
Is that most of these babies are normal,
And most of them are quite viable.
