Comes now Defendant by and through her attorney of record, T. Christopher Lewis and files
1. This case is presently set for a Motion to Revoke Probation on May 17, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. in
2. Counsel for Defendant was notified that State is awaiting test results on related drug charge
and results would not be made available in a timely manner for Defendant to receive a plea offer.
3. Counsel has made contact with Assistant District Attorney Jill Drake, who does not oppose
said Motion.
4. This Motion is not made for purposes of delay but that justice may be done.
WHEREFORE, Stephanie Bells, Defendant prays that the Court grant this Agreed Motion for
Continuance and set the conference at this Honorable Court's earliest convenience.
