Grade A / Tier 1-2 (Direct Resale) LCDs * Recycled rate in late 2009 jumped from 6% to 24% based Refurbished / Minor Reassembly partly on lower quality suppliers who entered WR3A but did SKD / Remanufactured not yet have successful testing programs. However, the Percent Recycled biggest cause for the higher recycling rate was the elective decision by the Malaysia partner to recycle working units due to a flood of the market by displaced monitors from renewed enforcement in China. Hundreds of Hong Kong containers were unloaded in Klang, Malaysia from October 2009 to February 2010, reportedly due to enforcement against a non- WR3A exporter.
