Two 1 litre similar sized jugs, two similar sized drinking glasses, one small plastic glass as
non-standard unit measurement tool, one large container, and one small container.

Procedures:

1. Teacher shows two 1 litre similar sized jugs with different volumes of water.

2. Pupils are asked to compare which container would hold more water and which one
would hold less water.

3. Teacher explains the meaning of ‘more’ and ‘less’.
