Greetings!
The College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Academic Circle, also The
College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Academic Circle, also known as the
CSSP Academic Circle, is an independent alliance of academic organizations in
CSSP. It was established by the Education, Training, and Popular Struggles
Committee of the CSSP Student Council in 1994. In 1997, it was relaunched as
an independent alliance with its own Constitution assisted by the CSSP Student
Council. The thrust of the alliance is to promote the academic development of its
members and their respective organizations, at the same time increasing their
social awareness to pursue progressive action.
To be able to attain the alliance’s thrust, we cordially invite you to attend the
Semplanning on November 15 (Monday), 9 am – 1 pm at PH108. The activity
involves brainstorming and setting forth the line up of activities of the Academic
Circle for the second semester, AY 2010-2011. Being a critical event, we would
like to request from your organization to attend with at least one member from
the executive committee, along with the AC representatives. Besides your
plans for the alliance, we would also request from your organization to present
your organization’s calendar of activities for the second semester to avoid
conflicts between the events of the alliance and your organization’s events.
