A voter who cannot pick up a ballot because of an

case, the voter must provide a handwritten, signed

representative, who must be named in the request. The
No marked ballot must be returned by the voter or the
representative to the Norwalk office or any polling place in
No Los Angeles County by 8 p.m. on election day.
