    Domain Banking & Certifications - Wave 2

    Dear Associates,

    Thank you for nominating for the Domain Banking Certification program.

    Please read the points mentioned below carefully.

    Expectation from Associates


     The organization has committed to substantial effort in monetary terms, time and
    resources to support this intervention.
     Each certification has a predetermined quorum of participation. Discontinuation
    will result in a missed opportunity for your colleague.
     The majority of the certification programs will be conducted over weekends.
    Associates are requested to plan their work life balance before committing for the
    program.

    Criterion for Completion


     85% final attendance for undertaking the final Certification assessment.
     Timely completion of assignments, projects and active participation during
    contact sessions.

    Discontinuation
    In case of discontinuation the associate will need:
     Signoff from the reporting manager and Line of Business Head.
     Additionally the course material would have to be handed over to L&LD.
