Differentiate Between Static RAM and Dynamic RAM in Tabular form.

ANY :1
.TWO differences

:DRAM
DRAM stands for dynamic ram. A type of physical memory used in most
personal computers. The term dynamic indicates that the memory must be constantly
refreshed (reenergized) or it will lose its contents. It is highly volatile. It required less
power. It is less expensive, information is stored as a charge in the gate to substrate
.capacitance

:SRAM
SRAM stand for static ram. Short for static random access memory. SRAM is a
type of memory that is faster and more reliable than the more common DRAM. The
term static is derived from the fact that it doesn't need to be refreshed like dynamic
RAM, Information stored as voltage level in a flip flop. 4 times more expensive, very
low access time. Static RAM is faster and less volatile than dynamic RAM, but it
.requires more power
