Hello,

First things First, Being your senior, I welcome you to the second year. This brings honor not only to your
good self, but to the entire DoMS of which you are such an illustrious representative. I am sure that being
in final year will bring with it a host of new responsibilities, but at the same time I know that you will be
able to cope with them in your usual efficient manner.
Second, I am sorry for the time it has taken me to draft this mail and for not being in touch for a long time.
Don’t let it happen again and keep on tugging my ears at regular intervals.
Third, as an alumni committee member, I am pleased to inform you about your new roles in Alumni

Do reply in case of any contradictory thoughts, it’s just a suggestive list as of now.

The above designations are mere indications of the roles you will be taking up in the team. I hope
everyone is clear that these positions are not solus in nature because we have to work as a team and
everyone has to contribute towards the common good in multiple capacities.

In fact, as an individual, right from day one I believe that we are a family and I am proud to be a part of it. I
have been able to learn a lot from my experiences as a part of this family and the best thing about it is the
pleasure to have known and been able to interact closely with all of you. I thank each one of you for your
consistent support not just professionally but personally too.

And as an alumnus, I expect that this is the just the beginning of a mutually beneficial association and a
wonderful relationship which we are going to cherish for years to come.
