A Bylaw to amend Bylaw 12800, as amended,

The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw
Amendment No. 1188

WHEREAS Lot 2, Block 9E, Plan 9724372; Lot 3MR, Block 9E, Plan 9724372 and Block RLY,
Plan 8622223, located between 101 and 104 Streets NW, north of 104 Avenue NW, Downtown,
Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map (DC2) Site Specific Development Control
Provision; and

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (AED) Arena and
Entertainment District Zone;

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal
Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly
assembled enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended
by rezoning the lands legally described as Lot 2, Block 9E, Plan 9724372; Lot 3MR, Block 9E, Plan
9724372 and Block RLY, Plan 8622223, located between 101 and 104 Streets NW, north of 104 Avenue
NW, Downtown, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as
Schedule “A”, from (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to (AED) Arena and
Entertainment District Zone.

2. This Bylaw shall take effect upon the City of Edmonton’s transfer of all of its interest in the Road
Right-of-Way area identified in Bylaw 15491. If this Bylaw has not become effective within two (2) years
of the date of third reading of this bylaw, this bylaw shall have no further force and effect.
