The pie chart reveals what the average disease in Malaysia. From the information
shows, we can see that diabetics and cancer is the highest percentage with 30%. Then it’s
follow by heart attack with 20%. The high blood pressure and Aids/HIV is the lowest
percentage that contains 10%.
One of the major concerns is that people are so absorbed with busy schedules that
they tend to neglect their health until an illness strikes. Having regular health checks,
especially if you have a family history of diabetes and/or heart disease, or if you are
overweight, allows for early detection and prevention. These diseases can also be
prevented by changes in diet and lifestyle. The factors that assist the disease in Malaysia
is the food lifestyle. Malaysian people like to eat many oily and high cholesterol foods.
The next factor is from family genetic. Furthermore, many people in Malaysia lazy to do
some exercise in their habits. These non-communicable diseases are closely related to
lifestyle and have major public health implications.
As conclusion, Malaysian people must change their lifestyle for a good health.
